1. Production and Lead Times
Insanity Athletes primarily supplies custom-designed products manufactured according to individual customer requirements.
Production times vary depending on the product, design specifications, order quantity, material availability and manufacturing requirements.
Estimated lead times are provided individually when confirming each order.
We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales and will inform customers of significant delays. Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights relating to late delivery.
2. Delivery Destinations
We primarily deliver within the United Kingdom and may also accept orders for delivery to European Union countries and other international destinations by individual arrangement.
Orders may be dispatched directly from our manufacturing partners where appropriate.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated individually based on the destination, parcel size, weight and delivery requirements.
The applicable delivery charges are communicated before the customer commits to an order.
Complimentary local delivery may be offered in Bristol and surrounding areas where agreed in advance.
4. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges.
Responsibility for any applicable charges will be confirmed as part of the order agreement.
